Minnesota Power offers a solar incentive of $0.29/kWh for solar systems. The total combined rebate and incentives cannot exceed $5,000, or 60% of installed costs, whichever is less. The total budget for 2024 is $87,675; once funds are exhausted for the year, rebates are no longer given. This incentive is lottery-style with applications opening on March 1, 2024.
